I am a senior journalism student at the University of Minnesota. My work is primarily print reporting. I like finding stories that are focused on solution issues within communities.

As a journalism student, I gained experience with written and verbal communication. I also learned about ethical decisions that come up in jobs involving communications.

I am currently working as a Marketing Strategy Associate at the Minnesota Daily. I help research different projects and I created multiple marketing plans to grow the brand of the Daily. I have learned how to effectively market towards audiences. I gained experience working on Canva, learning how to make interesting and engaging designs. I also have experience with Adobe Premiere and Adobe Photoshop.
